Community Nutrition Network registers clients for monthly meals on pre-loaded payment cards on special days each month, typically the first Tuesday of each month. Meals can be used any time during the month or any time up to Sept. 30, 2023. Those interested in joining the program may call Community Nutrition Network at 815-941-1590 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. during the week for more information; please leave a message if necessary and we will call back ASAP. The suggested donation is $6.00 per meal. Community Nutrition Network is a donation-based nonprofit serving those age 60 or above and their spouses and caregivers. No one is ever turned away if unable or unwilling to pay.
