Public Hearing and Consideration of Case 2023-3: requesting Variances from Village Ordinance Section 5-13-6 (to permit 1,320 total square feet of signage divided between four building elevations) and Section 5-13-16 (to permit (i) a 20-foot tall and 12-foot wide (240 square feet) multi-tenant monument sign with three 66 square foot cabinets and (ii) an 80-foot tall pole sign with three 594 square foot cabinets) (PIN: 03-02-200-029) – Green Township Hospitality LLC.
