If your health insurance is through Medicaid, please make sure your address is up-to-date with the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. HFS will soon begin the process of re-evaluating eligibility for nearly 4 million Illinois residents currently enrolled in the Medicaid program.
HFS must have your current address on file in order for you to receive your Medicaid renewal paperwork!
