VIII. Grundy County Health Building

Kluber Architects & Engineers and Leopardo presented the history of construction escalation and the impact of supply chain issues in relation to the constructing a new Health Building, total phase 1 project costs estimated at $10,798,414. Matt Melvin presented the financial plan for the expansion including funding plan and options.
