Minooka Community High School District #111 Board of Education met June 21.

CALL TO ORDER
The hearing was called to order in the Minooka Community High School Central Campus Library by President Mike Brozovich at 6:00 p.m. A physical quorum was present with the following board members present: Terry Spivey, Mike Hoyt, Laura Hrechko, and Jim Grzetich. Additionally, present were John Troy, Jamie Soliman, Phil Pakowski, Kristi Boe, Dr. Schiffbauer and Michele Williamson.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no comments from the audience.
INTER FUND TRANSFER
The Resolution for transferring the following funds to the Capital Projects Funds was provided in the board packet for review:
• $3,500,000 from the Operations and Maintenance Fund to the Capital Projects Fund
• $2,750,000 from the Transportation Fund to the Operations and Maintenance Fund and then to the Capital Projects Fund
• $1,750,000 from the Tort Fund to the Operations and Maintenance Fund and then to the Capital Projects Fund
There were no objections from board members and it is anticipated for approval at the regular board meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: by Hrechko, seconded by Spivey, to adjourn the hearing. Hearing no objections, the motion was approved. Time: 6:02 p.m.
