A. Public Hearing on whether to amend the Minooka Zoning Ordinance as follows:

• To amend Title 5, Chapter 2, Section 5-2-5 to include the definitions for battery energy storage facilities and commercial solar farms.

• To amend Title 5, Chapter 5, Section 5-5-3 of the Minooka Zoning Ordinance to authorize battery energy storage facilities and commercial solar farms as conditional permitted uses within the Agricultural District.

• To create a new Chapter 15 within Title 5 of the Minooka Zoning Ordinance setting forth the requirements for commercial solar farms.

• To create a new Chapter 16 within Title 5 of the Minooka Zoning Ordinance setting forth the requirements for battery energy storage facilities.

B. Public Hearing and Consideration for Case 2023-5 Water Lily for (1) a map amendment to reclassify certain property (the “Subject Property”) from its current zoning classification of Kendall County A-1 (Agricultural District) to a new zoning classification of Minooka A (Agricultural District) and (2) a conditional use permit to authorize the operation of a commercial solar farm on the Subject Property

C. Public Hearing and Consideration for Case 2023-9 Lantana for (1) a map amendment to reclassify certain property (the “Subject Property”) from its current zoning classification of Kendall County A-1 (Agricultural District) to a new zoning classification of Minooka A (Agricultural District) and (2) a conditional use permit to authorize the operation of a commercial solar farm on the Subject Property.

D. Public Hearing and Consideration of Case 2023-8 Popeyes for (1) a variance pursuant to Section 5-11-6 of the Minooka Zoning Ordinance from the off-street parking requirements of Section 5- 9-4 of the Minooka Zoning Ordinance and (2) granting a Conditional Permitted Use for a Drive Thru Facility on certain property located within the corporate boundaries of the Village
