State Rep. Jed Davis (R-Newark) invites residents to participate in his monthly event, "Coffee with Jed."
This initiative offers the community a chance to converse, ask questions, and receive firsthand updates on a variety of topics. "Coffee with Jed" takes place on the first Monday of each month. The forthcoming session is scheduled for Nov. 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
"Swing on by, very casual, open to everyone," Davis said.
The meetup will occur at 1925 S Bridge St in Yorkville. Attendees will be offered free coffee which aims to cultivate a relaxed atmosphere for discussing diverse subjects of interest. Anyone interested can reach out to State Rep Jed Davis at 331-867-8200 with any inquiries.
Davis represents the 75th District, an area that covers portions of Grundy, Kendall, LaSalle, and Will counties.
In addition to his duties as a state representative, Davis is also part of the Illinois Freedom Caucus. His fellow members include State Representatives Chris Miller (R-Oakland), Adam Niemerg (R-Dieterich), David Freiss (R-Red Bud), Brad Halbrook (R-Shelbyville), Blaine Wilhour (R-Beecher City), and Dan Caulkins (R-Decatur).
