A. Travel Request 

1. Travel Request Information

Amanda Olvera requested the committee to approve a travel request to attend the 2023 National RTAP Conference in December. A brief description of travel and expenses were given. The committee approved the travel request.

XIII. Fuel Usage and Overtime 

1. Fuel Usage Report

Per Eric Gibson, fuel usage shows that it is over budget but that is only because of the other departments that fall under this line item. After reimbursement, Highway is still under budget for the year.

2. Overtime Report

Per Eric Gibson, Overtime is at 38% for the fiscal year. No worries about going over budget.

XV. Highway Old Business 

A. Ridge Road Update 

Eric Gibson noted that there is a meeting with IDOT on September 25th for approval to complete project. There might be some check list items that come from this meeting.

B. Brisbin Road Update 

Per Eric Gibson, this project has been completed and road is open.

C. DuPont Road Update 

Per Eric Gibson, the project has been completed and waiting on IDOT approval to close out the project.

D. 2023 General Maintenance Update 

Per Eric Gibson, all GM work except for striping has been completed. Striping will be completed in the next few weeks depending on the weather.

Mary Kucharz gave a brief overview of the budgets for Highway, Animal Control and Transit.
