1. 23-ZBA-015 Adding Intermodals InTable 8-2-2-1B as a Special Use Under I-Industrial Uses
Kucharz reads over the amendment to Table 8-2-2-1B, letter from Highway Dept supporting the Intermodal amendment states that gives County the ability to add a Special Use for Intermodals for Industrial Use. Question from the board, Skwarczynski asked if the highlighted remarks in yellow to the table are the changes, Kucharz confirmed they are, the other documents are informational support. Cryder makes sure this makes applicants come before ZBA. No public comment. Skwarczynski asked Nancy Norton, President of GCED to speak, about intermodals beneficial. Norton states they can create job and economic opportunity by adding it into code. Skwarczynski asks Gibson to address his
