4. Approval of Voting Equipment Exchange/Purchase
Kay Olson stated that the exchanging of the Verity Touch Writer machines for Verity Printers will save money on each election and will eliminate the possibility of a voter being given the wrong ballot. Two extra machines will be purchased out of her Document Storage Fund for $19,658.25.

D. Microsoft Licensing Conversation
Kyle Simkins told the committee that after internal review he was able to consolidate the licenses down to annual cost of $55,591.00 vs current cost of $82,817.00. ($27,226.00 savings).
