D. Sports Board Meeting-We need to set up a date. We were thinking about some time in May. Who will attend and are there days to stay away from?

E. Track Update: I have a loose quote from Midwest Track Builders (this was for a latex rubber topping and not the Polyurethane topping) as well as a few back stop prices, portable discus circle platform, starting blocks, bleachers and hurdles - Do we need a building to store track supplies, shed, 36x40 10ft walls, what is the time frame goal?

F. Sport Committee date: We need to set one.

They are proposing a 16.25% increase for 2024-2025 and a 4.75% increase for 2025-2026 school year. We are countering with 12% and 4%. Sue, Jeremy and I will get together to come up with a counter proposal. Our hope is to have a final proposal for our BOE at the Feb. meeting.
