Corri Trotter reported on the PreTrial Fairness Act that requires reporting of traffic/criminal case data while the case is pending to the final disposition. Currently, Circuit Clerk Offices are only reporting the final disposition. Training for the reporting process began March 6th with a target implementation date of April 1.
