1. Zoning Board of Appeals Committee - Public Hearing - Dec 19, 2023 7:00 PM

2. Zoning Board of Appeals Committee - Regular Meeting - Feb 20, 2024 7:00 PM

III. Official Business 

1. Variance Petition 24-ZBA-002 for Troy Manietta Additional Area for Pole Building Chairman Breisch read the petition and asked Miller to read summery of Petition #24-ZBA-002.

Petitioner Colton Manietta sworn in and explained reason for variance.

There was no comment from the public and there was no questions from the ZBA.

Two conditions will were, that the permit shall be obtained within 6 months of the time the variance was approved and all cars/equipment shall be removed and stored in this additional storage building prior to occupancy being granted.

RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

2. Petition 23-ZBA-016 Special Use for DuPont River Solar

Rebecca Cheatham contacted Miller 3-19-24 to request the petition #23-ZBA-016 be continued until the May 21, 2024 meeting based on the new site plan requiring a new ECOCat and NRI. Miller said a new LESA would be completed and potential conditions added.

This was granted by the ZBA.
