c) Consideration of Case 2024-04: Aux Sable Ridge Phase 2 (Approval of Second Amended Preliminary Plat & Phase 2 Final Plat)

d) Public Hearing and Consideration of Case 2024-05 regarding requested Zoning Variance (Aux Sable Ridge Duplexes)

• Reduce required side-yard setbacks from 7.5 feet to 5 feet

• Reduce minimum lot sizes from 12,000 ft2 to 10,790 ft2

• Reduce gross minimum lot area/unit from 6,000 ft2 to 5,395

e) Public Hearing and Consideration of Proposed Amendment to the Village of Minooka Comprehensive Plan
