1. Petition 24-ZBA-005 Hoffman Rezoning A-Agricultural to AR-Agricultural Residential
Vice Chair Skwarczynski asked Miller to give summary of 24-ZBA-005 to rezone Pin # 04-23-200-007 from A- Agriculture to AR- Agricultural Residential.
Skwarczynski asked if he ZBA had questions. There was none. Vice Chair opened meeting to public hearing.
Tim Hejny, Chamlin and Associates represented the property owners. Explained owners want to turn the parcel into an AR lot to build a single family home.
Sandeno asked about size and animals. Miller stated that the lot is 6.37 acres and could have a limited animals. Skwarczynski asked about how much wood would need to be removed. Hejny estimated about 1.5 acres.
Linda Baker- does not oppose the rezoning. Questioned assigned pin numbers. Questioned building permit allocations, also questioned rezoning fee, did subdivision get title to the road right of way some 30 years ago? Questioned application fee and concerning the 1984 LESA, and the 2021 State LESA, a prior case. Miller responded to Baker's question regarding the need for rezoning, pin numbers, right of ways and previous Hunt subdivision. Miller stated that her questions should be sent by email to her to research. Baker said she would send email.
John Walencik stated about trees on lots were not quality and needed to be removed. Closes public comment at 7:25pm.
Skwarczynski read each of the Lasalle factors and took a vote on each. Each of the 8 Lasalle factors that were voted unanimously there were no issues with a vote 4-0.
24-ZBA-005 is recommended to Land Use Committee to rezone.
