1. Finance Report-Discussion

Matt Melvin told the committee that he is working on wrapping up the FY25 and Amended FY24 budgets.

He also updated the committee on the status of the new building project.

2. State Revenue Discussion

Matt presented a slide show reflecting the County's major revenue sources and the use of these resources.

3. 5-Year Budget/Levy

Matt presented two proposals for Tax Years 2024-2028; one reflecting a flat levy and one a gradual increase. The committee voted to direct him to use the proposal with the gradual increase.

1. ETSB Health Insurance MOU

A discussion was held regarding the agreement, when and how the terms were determined and the plan moving forward. The motion passed to recommend the MOU to the County Board for their review and action.
