V. Finance Director 

A. Finance Report-Discussion 

Matt Melvin told the committee that he will be focused on the Fiscal Year-End process including preparing for audit work.

B. General Fund Monthly Report-Discussion 

The report reflects at 83% through FY24 General Fund expenditures are at 73%, revenues 81%.

C. Professional Services Update-Discussion 

All Professional Service budgets are considerably under budget.

VI. ETSB Report 

A discussion was held regarding the Memorandum of Understanding between the ETSB and the County to agree to the outlined contribution levels and participating employees for health insurance coverage for the ETSB. This will be presented to the County Board at their October meeting for action.
