A public hearing will be held to receive comments from the public regarding the proposed Annexation Agreement between the City of Highland and Dr. William K. Drake on behalf of Grandview Farm Limited Partnership concerning property proposed to be annexed, located south of Highland Road and west of Illinois State Route 160.
