He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Belinda Lutes; daughters, Bryn (Rene` A. Garza) Lutes and Afton (Andy Vota) Lutes; grandchildren, Westin Serena, Wyleigh Serena, Monique Waddell, Kenneth R. Smith, and Kenneth E. Bannon III; great-grandchildren, Cadence Kent, Kash Smith, Kye Smith, Joseph Bannon, and Rhonda Bannon; sister, Becky (Dean) Haldorson; and numerous nieces, nephews, brothers, and sisters-in-law.
Preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Rhonda Swanson; and brothers, Douglas Lutes and Troy Lutes (in infancy).
Cremation rites have been performed. A Memorial Visitation will take place from 2:00 PM until the time of the memorial service at 5:00 PM on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Ferrari Funeral Service, 1044 Ferrari Drive, Coal City, IL 60416.
