C. Water Heater Replacements 

Tony Arnold reported on the

1. Admin. Building & Health Dept.Water Heater Replacement

Tony Arnold updated the committee on the hot water heater replacement project that was approved by the Board Chairman as an emergent situation due to leakage beyond repair. 3 quotes were obtained, with Barry Plumbing low bidder at $23,855.00. Arnold stated that when he received the final bill it was $860 less than quote.
