Per Eric Gibson, the County is already a member of IPWMAN but they made some changes to their agreement. Due to this a new Resolution and Agreement are required. Eric asked the committee for approval to send to full board.

XIV. Highway Old Business 

A. Update on Pine Bluff Curve Speed Study 

Per Eric Gibson, he had Hutchison take a look at results for the Pine Bluff Curve Speed Study. He noted that both speed studies completed by the county were very similar. Eric noted he will bring back information from Hutchison when available. The committee commented that they have seen more police presence on the road.

B. Ridge Road Safety Study Under CN Viaduct - Results, Review & Recommendation 

1. Ridge Road Safety Study Under CN Railroad

Per Eric Gibson, Hutchison was hired to do a Safety Study of the sidewalk along Ridge Road going under the CN Railroad. Per Eric, Hutchison has made the recommendation to leave as is or paint the curb to make more visible to drivers. He noted guardrail is not recommended.

C. Sherrill Road Update 

Per Eric Gibson, April 1st is the start of ComEd Pole relocation. He estimates it will be about a month of work.

D. Gorman Road Update 

Eric Gibson noted that purchase of ROW is still in process. He stated that ComEd needs more ROW to relocate poles. Eric has asked Hutchison to revise ROW plans. He is hoping that things are still on track to go to letting for the Spring.
