On Sunday, April 27, former Minooka Community High School standout Reed Gannon’s current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, lost 20-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Purdue Boilermakers.

The game took place at Illinois Field. This was their third matchup against the Boilermakers this season.

The Fighting Illini’s next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 29 at 6 p.m. at Dozer Park against Bradley Braves.
