Per Eric Gibson, there has been a request for a Variance to have an access for Pin #06-14-426- 001. This parcel is part of multiple splits and would lead to access issues if the other parcels were to also ask for access approval. For Access 3 spacing requirements, at least 1000 feet between each access is required. The committee discussed the issue and put forth a couple of suggestions, such as, a frontage road through all properties with one entrance. The committee decided to table this item and research the issues and solutions.
