A. Resolution Approving Lowest Qualified Bidder for Gorman Road over Mazon River Bridge - D Construction, $233,575.60

1. Resolution Approving Lowest Qualified Bidder for Gorman Road Bridge

Per Eric Gibson, there were three packets pulled by D Construction, Riber and P.T. Ferro. Only D Construction submitted a bid packet. He noted that the $233,575.60 bid was over the engineer's estimate but there is specialized equipment needed for construction. He also spoke to Riber and they stated they would have been over that bid.

1. Resolution to Purchase 2025 Chevy Pickup 2500HD

Eric Gibson requested that the Resolution for purchase of a 2025 Chevrolet Pickup be sent to the full County Board. The price is $52,900.70 and the committee agreed that was a good price and that it is within the budget.

A. Variance Granting Relief from Grundy County Access Regulations - Brennen Shetina, Dresden Rd

1. Motion to Table

Eric Gibson noted that no decisions had been made regarding this Variance and he asked that it be tabled until the next meeting.

B. Gorman Road Update

Per Eric Gibson, a meeting with the contractor and utility company was yesterday. He is hoping to have the project completed by December 1st barring any issues with ComEd as they are contracting the pole moving out to a third party.

C. Sherrill Road Update

Per Eric Gibson, AT&T is currently doing line relocation and the project should be starting soon.

D. 2025 General Maintenance Projects Update

Per Eric Gibson, the only GM work left to complete is rejuvenator and striping.

XV. Budget Reporting

Per Mary Kucharz, everything is on track for this time of year and there is nothing else to report.
