Jose Manuel Mendoza-Diaz, 50, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2025, in Morris. Originally from Mexico City, Jose was known for his warm heart and culinary talents. He leaves behind his children, Alejandro and Nicole Mendoza, and siblings. Jose's visitation will be held on September 5, 2025, with a Mass of Christian Burial on September 6, 2025. His infectious smile and generous spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Flowers or trees can be sent in his memory.
