At the MCHS District #111 Board of Education regular meeting on October 15, 2025, the Board of Education:

● Heard no public comments

● Lauterbach & Amen, LLP presented the FY 2025 Audit

● The Board approved the Board and Superintendent appointees as presented.

● Approved the Abatement Design in the amount of $2,536 dollars Abatement Oversight in the amount of $25,664 dollars as presented.

● The Board approved the 3-year Service Agreement with Trane in the amount of $41,524 dollars as presented.

● The Board approved the FY2025 Audit

● Approved the Settlement Agreement with Equistar Chemicals, LP Facility as presented.

● Approved the following resignation/retirement(s):

○ Kayla Gantt - Bus Driver - eff. 10/10/2025 - Resignation

○ Melissa Caruso - Social Worker - eff. 6/30/2026 - Retirement

○ Zach Vogt - Assistant Wrestling- Boys - eff. 6/30/2026 - Resignation

● Approved the following employment/volunteer(s):

○ Christopher Cioch - Bus Aide

○ Rosa Van Milligan - Bus Aide

○ Denae Terrazas - Custodian (Part time)

○ Leigh Drew - Bus Aide

○ Tina Pucel - Band - Volunteer

○ Bernard Ruettiger - Assistant Wrestling - Boys

○ Zach Vogt - Assistant Wrestling - Boys - Volunteer

○ Anthony Garcia - Assistant Athletic Director - Spring

● Approved Extracurricular Appointments of returning sponsors/volunteers for the 2025-2026 school year.

● The Board approved the leave of absences for the following:
