I. Call to Order

II. Information Technology Updates - JD Morrison
A. Discussion on technology plan goals and objectives
a. Completed $150,000 tech lease: Connected all purchases to goals and objectives on current tech plan
b. Equipment was purchased to upgrade teacher machines, add additional student-use Chromebooks, and to expand WiFi network coverage.
c. All classroom projectors upgraded to newer models with improved connections and audio.
III. Media Center Updates
A. Destiny Library Management system upgrade and migration to online hosted solution.
B. More E-Read materials available and investigating single sign-in solution from Powerschool.
IV. Technology Curriculum / Assessment Updates – Kelly Hussey
A. SchoolNet usage continues to grow with all pre and post-tests being entered into the system.
B. STEM curriculum discussion – progress being made on planning class schedules and building plans for existing I.T. building.
C. Discussion on the growth of technology usage across the entire school with growth in the number of Chromebooks in classrooms as well as increases in Google Classroom usage.
