Secretary Scot Hastings, Mrs. Kim Puckett
Vice President Tom Anderson (5:01p.m.), Mr. Jim Ringer
Mrs. Vermillion (5:03 p.m.)
Also Present: Principal Kelly Hussey
Alan Molby – IASB
The special meeting convened at 5:00 p.m. in the board room.
A motion was made by Mr. Ringer and SECONDED by Mr. Danek to enter executive session for the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees. On roll call vote, those voting AYE: Mr. Anderson, Mr. Ringer, Mrs. Roth, Mrs. Puckett, Mr. Danek, Mr. Hastings. NAY: None. ABSENT: Mrs. Vermillion. Motion CARRIED.
A motion was made by Mrs. Puckett and SECONDED by Mrs. Vermillion to return to regular session. On voice vote, those voting AYE: All. NAY: None. Motion CARRIED.
Regular session resumed at 5:55 p.m.
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m. on a motion made by Mr. Anderson and seconded by Mr. Danek. On voice vote, those voting AYE: All. NAY: None. Motion CARRIED.
