How would you like to have your pizza delivered to you by your favorite Coal
City Intermediate School teacher or staff member?
• Order forms due to CCIS by Friday, September 7th – No orders will
be accepted after this date.
• Checks payable to CCIS – Proceeds benefit CCIS PBS Activities
• Only choices listed below available for order
• $20 for an XL pizza – delivery included – NO TIPS ACCEPTED
