Illinois Education Association Minooka Region issued the following announcement on Feb. 14.
The House Personnel and Pension Committee moved the 3 percent repeal bill out of committee this morning so it could be heard on the floor of the Illinois House of Representatives. No date has been set for that debate. The committee vote was 6 to 3.
