Mary Kucharz updated the committee on new hires, separations, open positions and work comp. She also stated that she obtained information and pricing from 3 companies that conduct background checks for new hires. No action was taken.

VII. Review of EAP Programs
Kucharz provided information and cost regarding the Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) with the Will County Government League and Gallagher Williams Manny. A discussion was held as to where the cost would be paid from.
1. Motion to move forward with the EAP program with Will County Government League, pending research on the funding.
