Gardner home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Gardner rose by $35,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,500 - a 29.3% increase over the $121,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Gardner in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Gardner for 2017 was $2,864. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,004. This marks an decrease of 4.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
