1. Board Member Vouchers - Total

1. Motion to approve in the amount of $1680.

A discussion was held regarding claiming per diem and mileage over the 60 day period as stated in the Grundy County Board Rules & Procedures. Rasmusson removed a voucher dated April/May and one meeting from another voucher.

IV. Public Comment

V. Budget Reporting

The report reflected at 62.8% through FY19 the General Fund revenues are at 38%; expenditures 47%.

VI. FY20 Budget Review

Matt Melvin presented the FY20 General Fund Budget Expense Summary. He also provided a description of the significant changes between FY19 budget and the proposed FY20 budget. (Increase of $718,650). The committee will further review the information on their own and further discuss at the next meeting.

VII. New Business

A. Salary Reimbursement & Increase for States Attorney & Public Defender

Mary Kucharz told the committee that effective July 1, 2019 the State's Attorney salary will increase to $173,744.77, therefore the Public Defender's salary will also increase to $156,30.29. (90% of State's Attorney salary). No action was required.

VIII. Old Business

Don Hansen discussed the annual request for funding to the Heritage Corridor Association. County Administrator Gray stated that those that have requested funding in the past will be invited to the two Finance Committee meetings in August to submit their proposed funding.
