Village of Minooka Board of Local Improvements met Oct. 22.

A. DTA Arbitrage Rebate Calculation, invoice 1909007 dated 09/20/19 for $4,300 for 03-1.
B. Wells Fargo Bank trustee fee, invoice 1717542 dated 07/01/19 for $5,500.00 for the 2014 assessment. Invoice was paid to Wells Fargo per the trustee agreement.
C. Grundy County Recorder partial lien release fees for 3 properties. Invoice was paid by Village and the Village needs to be reimbursed.
D. Spesia & Ayers legal fee, invoice 815313 dated 10/11/19 for $300.
E. Spesia & Ayers legal fee, invoice 815317 dated 10/11/19 for 160.
