A. County Employee Group Health Contributions
The committee reviewed the 3.5% annual increase calculations to the Health Insurance premiums and the effect it would have on the employee and County contributions. The total increase is $10,070.68 and would be passed on to the employee based on the type of coverage they have. The committee decided to pass the entire increase in premiums on to the employees and to recommend the same to the Finance Committee.
1. Motion to recommend to the Finance Committee to pass on the 3.5% premium increase on to the employees based on the full 2020 premiums.
