The motion was made and seconded to deny the special use request and to recommend it to the County Board with a negative recommendation. The motion carried.
Members of the public attended and spoke to their concerns regarding noise nuisance and property values if the special use was allowed.

The committee decided to table the matter and to recommend it back to the ZBA on December 17th, Land Use on December 18th and County Board on January 14, 2020.
