II. Public Comment
Gordon Gantzert and Mark Wills were present to discuss drainage issues on Reed Road in Mazon Township. Gordon explained that road improvement completed by Mazon Township Road Commissioner have caused flooding and drainage issues on his farmland as well as surrounding land owners. Gordon explained that an engineering firm had been hired to evaluate the drainage in the are of concern. The firm recommend culvert installations and ditch cleaning be completed in this area. Gordon explained that the township is refusing to complete this work and has requested to have a hearing with the township and the Grundy Engineer to hear this concern. Gordon also explained that a lawsuit has been filed against the township for these drainage issues. Eric Gibson explained that since the lawsuit was filed first the hearing cant be held and the committee can not discuss this issue per direction of the State's Attorney's office. Eric will discuss the presentation and requests with the State's Attorney office for further direction.

XI. Fuel Usage and Overtime
Eric explained that fuel consolidation is complete.
Eric explained that overtime is normal.
XII. New Business Highway
A. Letting for Township & County Maintenance Project March 19th 10:00am
Eric explained that a letting is planned for March 19th at 10:00am for township and county general maintenance work. If deadlines are not met this letting will be rescheduled to third Thursday in April.
B. Joint Meeting Kendall County
Eric informed the committee that the highway department will be looking at scheduling the yearly meeting with Kendall County for project discussion.
XIII. OldBusinessHighway
Eric discussed the Nettle Creek Bridge abandonment. Comments and minutes have been received and will be forwarded to Nettle Creek Road Commissioner and the Highway Committee.
A. Ridge Road Update
Eric informed the committee that Ridge Road is moving along as planned. Utility relocations are taking place and a pre-construction meeting is scheduled for 1-27-2020.
