Sarah Halladay attended the meeting to make sure that she would be able to house small animals (ponies, llamas and petting zoo type animals) on a property that she is considering purchasing. Heidi Miller shared a letter from a farm & ranch real estate agent proposing two changes/clarifications to the zoning ordinance verbiage. Discussion was held, no action was taken.
