George Gray reported that at 22.4% through FY20 the General Fund revenues are at 18%, expenditures 19%.

1. Health Dept Financial Report

Michelle Pruim reviewed the report with the committee. Board of Health member Dean Marketti and Senior Program Director Tania Schwer were also present.

2. Approval of Ridge Road Phase 2 Engineering Supplement #2 NTE $20,000

RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

3. Part-time Animal Control Warden Salary Increase

1. Motion to increase the hourly rate of the part time Animal Control warden position from $11.00 to $13.00

Sue Gale told the committee that she is having a hard time filling the position at the current hourly rate of $11.00.

VIII. Participation in Faircom Lobbying Efforts for Nuclear Energy

1. Memo - Legislative Efforts to Support IL Nuclear Power

A proposal of $15,000 has been submitted to FAIRCOM for the additional lobbying work. The committee agreed to pay the County's share of $2,206.50.
