Kay Olson told the committee that Grace Period Registration and early voting are underway and have had 422 early voters. Re-tab/Canvass will be held April 1 at 10:00 AM and a Party Placement Lottery will be held after the Re-tab.

B. GIS Report
Dave Ostrander informed the committee of a recent user conference that he attended in Chicago. His work developing the County's new building permit and inspection software was featured during the conference's plenary session. The event's organizers invited Dave to present his work and Dave shared a video of the keynote address that featured Grundy County.

A. Resolution Supporting the Creation of the Statistical Boundaries of the Illinois Waterway Ports and Terminals
Duane Calbow, Economic Development Planner for NCIC presented and requested that the County pass a resolution supporting the creation of the statistical boundaries of the Illinois Waterway Ports and Terminals. No action was taken. The matter will be discussed further at the next scheduled meeting.
