Maine Township issued the following announcement on March 28.
The next regular board meeting will be held Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 6:30 pm for bill review with the regular meeting starting at 7:30 pm. A GA/Town Fund Budget Hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 7:15 pm with the Road District Budget Hearing immediately following. All three meetings will be held as virtual open meetings using Zoom video conferencing.
To watch or participate in any of these meetings via video, click the following Video Link. You do not need a Zoom account to participate in the meetings. You can view from a computer or smart phone and can view from a computer even if you do not have a webcam. If watching from a computer without a webcam or microphone, you will need to call 312-626-6799 and enter Meeting ID: 561 451 580 when prompted if you wish to engage in public participation during the meeting. If you prefer to listen or participate by phone only, also please dial 312-626-6799 and enter Meeting ID: 561 451 580 when prompted.
