Pursuant to Governor Executive Order 2020-10 ordering Stay at Home and prohibiting the public gathering of more than ten people; and, in accordance with Governor Executive Order 2020-7, Section 6, this meeting will be conducted by teleconference only.

It was MOVED by Board Member Dyer and SECONDED by Board Member Hanson that the Board approve Resolution Establishing Consent to Renewal of Local Disaster Declaration of March 24, 2020 Pertaining to COVID 19. Upon roll said motion PREVAILED by the following vote. MOTION CARRIED.
