Village of Minooka Village Board met March 18.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

Village President, Patrick Brennan, called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Trustees present: Terry Houchens, Dennis Martin, Chad Hrechko, Dick Parrish, Barry Thompson and Ric Offerman. Also present: Dan Duffy – Village Administrator and Ryan Anderson – Public Works Superintendent.

Changes to Agenda – There were no changes to the agenda at this time.

Public Form‐ There was no one present. President Brennan closed the public forum.

NEW BUSINESS

Ordinance Establishing Temporary Executive Powers‐ This will allow the Mayor to ensure safety of the Village and General Public. A couple examples

Trustee Martin moved, Trustee Offerman seconded the motion to pass Ordinance 2020‐11 Ordinance Establishing Temporary Executive Powers.

Ayes: Hrechko, Houchens, Parrish, Thompson, Offerman, Martin

Nays: None

Absent: None

Motion carried.

Executive Session – President Brennan stated there was no need for an Executive Session.

Action from Executive Session – None

As Appropriate‐ None

Trustee Thompson moved, Trustee Hrechko seconded the motion to adjourn at 6:51 p.m. All voted aye, meeting adjourned.
