Pursuant to Governor Executive Order 2020-10 ordering Stay at Home and prohibiting the public gathering of more than ten people; and, in accordance with Governor Executive Order 2020-7, Section 6, this meeting will be conducted by teleconference only.

V. Budget Reporting
Matt Melvin presented the General Fund monthly revenues and expenditures. At the end of April (41.53% through FY20) the GF expenditures are at 37.30%, difference of -4.23%; revenues are at 25.05%, difference of -16.48%. Melvin discussed the impact of the property taxes on the revenues.

VI. New Business
A. Courthouse Roof Cost
Gray discussed the expenditure of the project being out of the Capital Improvement Fund and that the actual contract came in less than was budgeted for the project.
VII. Old Business
Chairman Balkema discussed the payment of an invoice to CIC from the Assessor's budget by the Treasurer that was previously questioned at the Tax Committee. Balkema stated that the bill had been approved for payment at the April 27, 2020 meeting and was paid as directed.
A. Update on 2020 Revenue Projections
Melvin told the committee that he plans to present the projections at the next Finance meeting.
B. Update on 2021 Budget Process
FY2021 budgets are due to be in CIC by the end of May, 2020.
C. 2020 Tax Bill Timeline Update
Kay Olson and Lori Werden discussed the delayed timeline with the first installment due in August, second in September including all of the required tasks to be done after the second installment.
