A discussion was held regarding the cost of having legal representation at the meetings.

V. Amend By-Laws - Reduction of Annual Meetings
The Commission discussed amending the by-laws to reduce the number of annual meetings. The consensus was to leave the by-laws unchanged and cancel any meetings that there is no action to be taken.
VI. Pay-off Schedule/Options of Remaining Bonds
Financial Analyst Matt Melvin reviewed the debt schedules for Series 2015 and 2016. The earliest the bonds can be paid off is 2026 for Series 2015 and 2027 for Series 2016.
