V. Animal Control New Business
Sue Gale gave an update on Animal Control. At this time all county employees are back in the office but they are closed to the public. Workers all wearing PPE and following Social Distancing. Sue is looking to get the parking lot sealed. Sue also informed the committee that they are still looking to fill the Part Time Warden position.

VIII. New Business Transit
A. Update to Transit Service
Sherey informed the committee that the transit service was closed March 30, 2020 due to concerns with COVID 19. Transit is beginning to schedule rides for dialysis patients and will not be collecting fares for the month of June but plans to start in July. They will allow 3 riders to a bus to allow for social distancing, ask riders to wear PPE, and have installed Plexiglas enclosures around the drivers.

Eric Gibson explained to the committee that we are 54% through budget for fuel.

Eric Gibson explained to the committee that we are 41% through budget for overtime.
XII. New Business Highway
A. Discussion on State Grants
Eric and George explained that there are new grants that have been made available from the state. Little information is known at this time. But discussions have led to investigate the possibility of pursuing grant applications for Tabler Road Bridge over the I&M Canal, Gun Club Road Intersection with Route 6, as well as South Brisbin road. Eric and George explained that they will investigate these projects and get back to the committee.
B. Update on Flood Damage
Eric informed the committee that the recent rains have caused flooding damages throughout the county. Eric explained the cost at this time is unknown as damages are still being found.
