Matt Melvin presented the status of the FY21 revenues and expenditures. Currently the net income is $626,955 but subject to change.

2. Dresden Closure Initiative

Nancy Norton, GEDC discussed the possible closure of Dresden Station in November of 2021 and the impact on the community. She stated that there is much to be done in an effort to keep it open and to also have a plan in place if it closes.

1. Motion to expend funds from the EDPA 1 Fund, not to exceed $20,000.00 for professional services, safeguard language and marketing.
