1. Recovery Funds - Discussion Only
George Gray discussed the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), which contains $65.1 billion to counties, allocated based on each county's share of the national population. The funding provides assistance to cover expenses, make up for lost revenue and ease the overall economic impact for the COVID-19 pandemic.
