Coal City Public Library District Board of Trustees Closed met May 11.

A closed session was convened to discuss the Library Director's Annual Evaluation 5 ILCS 120/2 (1) “The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity."

Steve Smith Debi Trotter Dean Vigna
Trustees absent: None Others present: None
Trustees reviewed the Library Director's evaluation form for FY 20-21, which had been compiled as a result of the last Special Meeting. After making a couple of changes to the document, it was determined that the President would present the finalized evaluation to the Library Director.
Motion made by Smith and seconded by Trotter that: the Board return to open session.
Motion carried by roll call vote.
