I. CALL TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the Senate Committee on Committees (CC) was called to order at 11:00 am by Chair Sandler.
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the April 22, 2021 meeting were approved as distributed by roll call vote.

No requests received.
IV. CHAIR’S REMARKS
Chair Sandler gave no remarks.
V. OLD BUSINESS
CC.22.01, Election of the Senate Executive Committee (SEC) Chair
No new discussion.
CC.22.02, Election of the Senate Executive Committee (SEC) Vice-Chair
No new discussion.
CC.22.03, Election of Members to the University Senates Conference (USC) CC members discussed several faculty senators as USC nominees.
CC.22.04, Election of a University Senates Conference (USC) Member to Serve on the Senate Executive Committee (SEC)
Roether will send an email request to all continuing members and nominees to garner interest.
CC.22.05, Election of Members on Standing Committees of the Senate and Senate Representatives to Other Bodies
CC members discussed faculty, student, and academic professional interest in serving on Senate committees. CC members will contact other potential nominees to fill remaining vacancies.
CC.22.06, Election of Committee Chairs on Standing Committees of the Senate No new discussion.
CC.22.07, Election of Committee Chairs to the Senate Executive Committee (SEC) No potential chairs have been identified for the following committees: Conference on Conduct Governance, Library, and Public Engagement & Outreach.
CC.22.08, Faculty Nominations to the Joint Committee on Investment, Licensing, and Naming Rights
Only one faculty member expressed interest so this item will be postponed.
CC.22.09, Student Nominations to the Joint Committee on Investment, Licensing, and Naming Rights
This item will also be postponed.
